Fargo Public Schools Development Foundation - Engaging the Community. Fostering Opportunity.
Davies Scholarship

Davies High School opened August 2011. Named after Ronald N. Davies, the federal court judge from Fargo who was instrumental in the desegregation of schools in 1957. Home of the Eagles Davies serves students in 9-12 grades.

When Davies was established a group of supporting adults got together with the Fargo Public Schools Development Foundation to work on establishing a scholarship. The first Davies Scholarship recipient was Ben Lambrecht. When told Ben received the scholarship his mother shared, "it is an answer to our prayer as Ben really wanted to go to Drake and this made the difference for him to be able to attend the college he wanted to go to".

You can help to continue supporting Davies' youth through a scholarship
